Pre-owned potty sold as new!

Sooooo.....don't know where to start with this one so I'll do it bulletpoint style followed by images and I'm sure you can figure it out.

• We decide it's probably time to start potty training.
• I go to WalMart and look at the potties and then pick a cute one out. Beagle Buddy by Safety 1st. Fantastic. Got some Huggies Pull-Ups too.

• Think to myself...."I wonder if anyone would ever be disgusting enough to return one after it's used and then the store re-sells it inadvertently...NO Stop thinking like a crazy OCD germaphobe. 
• I go home, open the box.......SURPRISE! 

I then returned it for a full refund.
